Curriculum

The Diploma in Human Resources Management is a program at SCQF Level 11 (equivalent to RQF Level 7) and is abbreviated as "DHRM" in the table below. The program comprises five compulsory units, as outlined:

Entry Condition

Completion of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent OR
SCQF Level 8 Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Ability to communicate in English.
Applicants without an English proficiency test result at CEFR B2 or higher must enroll in a Business English for Communication course.

Learning Method

HyFlex Learning: Delivered through an LMS (Learning Management System) with virtual classes or at ADVEX's Site.
Competency-Based Curriculum: Focused on developing practical work skills.
Assessment: Primarily through assignments
Collaborative Learning: Opportunity to connect and work with peers from across Thailand and around the world through group projects.
Language Support: The program is conducted in English, with supplementary tuition available in Thai.

Intake Periods
