Program Overview
The Human Resource Specialisation focuses on the essential role of HR in modern organizations, exploring key areas such as understanding organizational behavior, developing strategies to enhance workforce performance, and creating systems to nurture and retain top talent. The program also provides a comprehensive understanding of management principles. It delves deeply into topics like International HR Management, Strategic HR Management, Strategic Talent and Reward Management, and the transformative impact of Technology, Data, and AI on HR practices.
Graduates of this program also have the opportunity to transfer credits toward a Master’s degree, completing their studies within 6-12 months at partner universities under established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).

Entry Condition

Applicants without an English proficiency test result at CEFR A2 or higher must enroll in a
Business English for Communication course.

Blended Distance Learning: Delivered through an LMS (Learning Management System) with live classes conducted via virtual conferencing platforms or at ADVEX's Partner Site.
Competency-Based Curriculum: Focused on developing practical work skills.
Assessment: Primarily through assignments
Collaborative Learning: Opportunity to connect and work with peers from across Thailand and around the world through group projects.
Language Support: The program is conducted in English, with supplementary instruction available in Thai.
