The School reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice. Payment must be made by the due date specified. Non-payment may result in restriction of access to programmes and services.
The School reserves the right to make changes to programme content, schedules, delivery methods, and faculty assignments as necessary. Where significant changes are made, affected students will be notified in a timely manner.

The School provides supporting documents for the Non-Immigrant ED Visa to eligible learners in OPEC-approved programmes, but does not guarantee that a visa will be issued or extended. Students are responsible for keeping valid immigration status for the duration of their studies.
The School operates a LINE Official Account (@advex) for communicating with students, applicants, and partners. By adding the ADVEX LINE Official Account as a friend and using our services, you agree to the following terms.
The LINE Official Account provides tuition fee payment reminders and confirmations, academic schedule notifications, enrolment status updates, general announcements, and student support responses.
Account Linking: To receive personalised notifications, you must link your LINE account to your ADVEX student record. Linking requires verification via your registered email address and a one-time password (OTP). You may unlink your account at any time by sending "unlink" to our LINE Official Account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information when linking your account, not impersonate another student or use someone else's credentials, not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose, and keep your account credentials secure.
Message Frequency: Automated reminders may be sent up to 3 times per week (fee reminders, schedule notifications). Manual announcements are sent occasionally, only when necessary. You may opt out of non-essential notifications by sending "stop" to our LINE Official Account.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability: The School is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by LINE platform issues. Payment reminders are provided as a convenience; students remain responsible for meeting payment deadlines regardless of notification delivery. The School is not responsible for any actions taken based on information received through LINE if the information was delivered in error.
Termination: You may stop using the service at any time by blocking or removing our LINE Official Account. The School may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your LINE User ID will be unlinked from your student record.
The School uses AI-powered services, such as chat assistants on Facebook Messenger and Instagram and ADVEX AI Tutor in the learning management system. By using these services, you agree to the following terms.
These services are designed to answer general enquiries about the School's programmes, admissions, and services, and to support learning. Information they provide is for general guidance only and does not constitute official advice, a binding offer, or a contractual commitment by the School.
The School is not liable for any decisions made based solely on information provided by its AI-powered services. For official matters including admissions decisions, fee confirmations, and academic records, please contact the School directly.
Your use of these services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how the information you submit is processed and stored.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, LINE Official Account, AI-powered services, or participation in our programmes. The School's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant programme.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website, LINE Official Account, or AI-powered services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
