Program Overview

The General Business Management program is designed as an executive-level development course equivalent to a Master’s degree (SCQF Level 11). It aims to give learners an in-depth understanding of the business world, encompassing marketing, sales, accounting, human resources, finance, and logistics. The program also focuses on developing essential skills such as leading teams, motivating employees, generating revenue, and reducing operational costs.

Additionally, the course equips learners with expertise in key concepts and strategies, including digital marketing and social media strategies, international financial management, international human resource management, international project management, investment analysis, portfolio management, product and service development, and strategic talent and reward management. This program is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their knowledge and skills at an international level to meet the demands of the modern business world effectively.

Graduates of this program also have the opportunity to transfer credits toward a Master’s degree, completing their studies within 6-12 months at partner universities under established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
