The Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) is the national qualifications framework for Scotland, with international recognition. The SCQF Level 8 Diploma in Healthcare Management (EduQual) is a dual-track program delivered by ADVEX Management School and approved by Thailand’s Ministry of Education (OPEC-MOE)*. Learners undertake the ADVEX -developed management program, which meets Thailand’s non-formal education standards, while being assessed against EduQual’s international qualification framework. Upon successful completion, learners are awarded the EduQual Diploma in Healthcare Management (SCQF Level 8), a qualification credit-rated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), Scotland.

The EduQual Diploma in Healthcare Management is designed to equip learners with essential knowledge and managerial skills required in today’s healthcare systems. The program covers key areas such as healthcare administration, policy and regulation, health service operations, workforce management, quality and patient-care management, and strategic leadership within healthcare settings. Mapped to SCQF Level 8, the qualification blends theory with practical applications to prepare learners for roles across hospitals, clinics, health service organisations, and community-based healthcare environments.

This qualification also provides significant academic mobility. Graduates are widely recognised and may progress into the final year of a bachelor’s degree at universities in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and many other countries that accept SQA credit-rated programs. The EduQual Diploma serves as a strong foundation for further study in healthcare management, public health, hospital administration, and related fields—offering learners a clear pathway toward global academic progression and career advancement.
