ADVEX Management School — Terms of Use (LINE Official Account)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the ADVEX LINE Official Account (@advex) as a friend and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please remove us from your friend list.

2. Description of Service

The ADVEX LINE Official Account provides:

- Tuition fee payment reminders and confirmations

- Academic schedule notifications (classes, seminars, exams)

- Enrollment status updates

- General announcements from ADVEX Management School

- Student support and inquiry responses

3. Account Linking

- To receive personalized notifications, you must link your LINE account to your ADVEX student record

- Linking requires verification via your registered email address and a one-time password (OTP)

- You may unlink your account at any time by sending "unlink" to our LINE Official Account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information when linking your account

- Not impersonate another student or use someone else's credentials

- Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

- Keep your account credentials secure

5. Message Frequency

- Automated reminders: up to 3 messages per week (fee reminders, schedule notifications)

- Manual announcements: occasional, only when necessary

- You may opt out of non-essential notifications by sending "stop" to our LINE Official Account

6. Service Availability

- We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

- We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates

- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content sent through our LINE Official Account, including text, images, and documents, is the property of ADVEX Management School and is protected by copyright.

8. Limitation of Liability

- ADVEX is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by LINE platform issues

- Payment reminders are provided as a convenience; students remain responsible for meeting payment deadlines regardless of notification delivery

- ADVEX is not responsible for any actions taken based on information received through LINE if the information was delivered in error

9. Termination

- You may stop using the service at any time by blocking or removing our LINE Official Account

- ADVEX may terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use

- Upon termination, your LINE User ID will be unlinked from your student record

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
