ADVEX Management School ("ADVEX", "we", "us") operates the LINE Official Account @advex to communicate with students, applicants, and partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our LINE Official Account and related services.

When you add our LINE Official Account and link your account, we collect:

- LINE User ID (a unique identifier assigned by LINE)

- LINE Display Name

- Your registered email address (used to link your LINE account to your student record)

We do NOT collect:

- LINE chat history unrelated to our services

- Your LINE password or credentials

- Your contacts or friend list

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Send tuition fee payment reminders and receipts

- Notify you about class schedules, seminars, and academic events

- Send important announcements related to your enrollment

- Respond to your inquiries and support requests

- Verify your identity when linking your LINE account to your student record

4. Data Storage and Security

- Your LINE User ID is stored in our secure student management system hosted on Netlify (encrypted at rest)

- We use HTTPS for all data transmission

- Access to student data is restricted to authorized ADVEX staff only

- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties

5. Data Retention

- Your LINE User ID is retained as long as you are enrolled or have an active relationship with ADVEX

- You may request deletion at any time by sending "unlink" to our LINE Official Account or contacting us directly

- Upon account unlinking, your LINE User ID is permanently removed from our system

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

- Access your personal data held by ADVEX

- Request correction of inaccurate data

- Request deletion of your data

- Unlink your LINE account at any time

- Opt out of non-essential notifications

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our LINE integration does not use cookies or tracking technologies. The account linking page (sms.advex.ac.th) uses session-based authentication only for the duration of the linking process.

8. Children's Privacy

ADVEX services are intended for students aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without parental consent.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our LINE Official Account after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
